How checkout works
Dee's Couturiere takes orders through WhatsApp, not through a card payment on this site. You review your cart here, then we open a chat with your details and line items already filled in so the studio can confirm price, tailoring, and delivery with you directly.
- Totals. When the shop database is connected, amounts in the WhatsApp message use live catalogue prices for published pieces. If something is no longer available, checkout will tell you to adjust the cart before continuing.
- Member discount. If you sign in and your account has a discount set by the team, it appears in your cart summary and in the WhatsApp message. Guests check out at list prices.
- Order history. While signed in, a successful checkout also saves a record under My account → Orders so you can refer back to what you sent. If something prevents saving (for example the database needs setup), you can still message on WhatsApp — we'll flag it on the cart when that happens.
- Payment & delivery. Arrangements are agreed in the thread — this site does not collect card numbers or bank details.
